This project approaches housing as a cultural and human expression rather than a purely functional product. Architecture is treated as a craft shaped by the collective effort of the architect, builders, and owner, resulting in spaces with a strong emotional and human presence. The design proposes a sustainable suburban housing model for the Riyadh and Wadi Hanifah context, using local materials and load-bearing earth construction as an energy-efficient alternative to reinforced concrete. Natural light and ventilation ensure healthy interior environments, while passive strategies reduce both construction and operational costs. Culturally, the project reinterprets traditional earth construction through modern techniques, helping preserve local building knowledge and endangered crafts. These values are unified in a simple, authentic architectural language that responds naturally to the site, materials, and structure.
