In the heart of the desert, this family residence was designed as an oasis of tranquility and comfort. Through the use of an internal courtyard, thick walls, and earthen construction, the design creates a private environment that embraces the rhythms of everyday life. In addition, an innovative passive cooling system—combining evaporative cooling with geothermal energy—achieves a temperature reduction of up to 20°C indoors during the summer, while maintaining extremely low energy consumption.
